As the Daily Celebrity Challenge continues to grow and the Ranked Games maintain steady interest, we’ve developed two features many of you have requested. We hope these new features enhance your (into)bridge experience!
𖠌 What would Lia bid?
While some experts occasionally find Lia prone to making poor choices, she is already much stronger than a casual player, thanks to our talented robot developer, Luc Bellicaud, who works on Lia daily to continuously improve her performance. Lia’s bidding can serve as a guide for less experienced players and even for more advanced ones. At the end of every Ranked Games or Daily Celebrity Challenge hand, you’ll be notified if Lia would have bid differently than you, and you’ll have the opportunity to see exactly how she would have bid.
↺ Replay past Celebrity Challenges
Until now, you could only play the current Daily Celebrity Challenge. Starting today, you’ll have access to the library, allowing you to play and replay Celebrity Challenges from the past.
The two new features are exclusively available to Supporters. If you haven’t subscribed yet, you can take advantage of the 1-week free trial and explore the new features!
➕ A few more new improvements and fixes
✔️ Lia’s Systems: Added a new system—an advanced 2-over-1 version with more conventions and more aggressive bidding by Lia. To change your system, go to the Lobby, click the three-stripe menu in the top left corner, then select Preferences.
✔️ Lia’s Bid Explanations: When relevant, the suit showing extra length is now highlighted in the explanation box.
✔️ Mobile: The board number is now displayed on the end screen of each hand in Celebrity Challenges.
✔️ Results: Improved the appearance of the buttons, with more updates on the way.
✔️ New Pop-Up: Occasionally, when you log in, you’ll see a banner promoting our mobile app with convenient links for quick downloads.
✔️ Major Bug Fixes: Resolved issues with Leaderboard pagination and subscription problems for some users.
