Season XIII of the Ranked Games delivered yet another unforgettable showdown at the very top of the leaderboard!
From the opening days of the season, the tone was set by the reigning champion Aleksandar “Sorsi” Avramov. Fresh off his previous triumph, Sorsi wasted no time asserting himself, jumping out to an early lead and daring the rest of the field to keep pace. As the weeks progressed, challengers closed the gap and the pressure mounted — but Sorsi never blinked.
When the final boards were played, Sorsi stood alone at the summit, successfully defending his title and cementing back-to-back championships!

Close on his heels once again was Ben “benz” Zeidenberg. True to form, Ben hovered near the top all season long, quietly stacking points and refusing to fade. His runner-up finish marked yet another display of remarkable steadiness, reinforcing his reputation as one of the most dependable performers in Ranked Games history.

While the battle for first drew plenty of attention, the fight for third place was every bit as fierce. Multiple contenders surged and stalled, but in the end, experience prevailed. Gene “gene” Kuehneman, dug deep and surged ahead late to secure the bronze medal.
That result carried historic weight: for the first time ever, the same three players finished 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in two consecutive seasons. In a format defined by volatility and razor-thin margins, that level of repeat excellence is nothing short of extraordinary.
Congratulations to everyone who reached the Top 10, achieved the Ace rank, or pushed themselves throughout the season. Season XIII once again proved just how intense — and how rewarding — the Ranked Games grind can be. With rivalries deepening and standards rising, the bar has never been higher heading into the next chapter.
