Following our recently announced partnership with the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL), we’re excited to roll out the next major step in our collaboration: IntoBridge Ranked Games now award ACBL Masterpoints®.
This development comes as part of our ongoing effort to bring innovation to the bridge world. We’ve worked closely with the ACBL to create a new, modern format for awarding masterpoints — one that fits naturally into the Ranked Games you already enjoy on IntoBridge.
If you’re not yet a member, you can join the ACBL for free by registering here:
For players looking for a fresh challenge and a faster-paced way to earn masterpoints, this new feature is designed with you in mind.
A New Type of Challenge, a New Path to Masterpoints
At IntoBridge, we’re always thinking ahead. Many players have told us they’re looking for a different kind of challenge — something fast-paced, competitive, and reflective of modern gameplay. Together with the ACBL, we’ve created a new path for masterpoint achievement that seamlessly integrates with the Ranked Games format.
How It Works
Here’s how ACBL Masterpoints will be awarded through Ranked Games:
- Purchase a Ranked Games Pass: ACBL members can now buy a pass that applies to 12 consecutive boards played in Ranked Games.
- Play Your Boards: Your next 12 boards will be tracked for masterpoint eligibility. Scoring is based on IntoBridge’s win-draw-loss system:
- Win = 2 points
- Draw = 1 point
- Loss = 0 points
- Win = 2 points
- Earn Masterpoints: If you score 12 points (50%) or more, you’ll earn ACBL Masterpoints. The higher you score, the more points you receive.
- At 18 points or more, you’ll earn the maximum award of 0.9 Masterpoints.
- At 18 points or more, you’ll earn the maximum award of 0.9 Masterpoints.
